LifeSource Blood Services provides Stevenson High School with an honorarium based on our number of donors. We'll use this money to support the Stevenson To College (S2C) program which
mentors Stevenson students at risk of not attending college and provides the necessary tools and scholarship support to empower them to succeed in their college and career quests.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING PERMISSION SLIP TO STUDENT ACTIVITIES PRIOR TO THE BLOOD DRIVE (OR TURN IN ON THE DAY OF THE DRIVE AT THE WRESTLING ROOM).

IF YOU ARE DONATING DURING APPLIED HEALTH OR PE, PLEASE RETURN THE FOLLOWING PERMISSION SLIP TO STUDENT ACTIVITIES PRIOR TO THE BLOOD DRIVE (OR TURN IN ON THE DAY OF THE DRIVE AT THE WRESTLING ROOM).
